Baby & Me Yoga

Supportive to the postpartum mom, but ideal for any caregiver looking to get moving and calm the mind while in infant company. This practice includes but is not limited to baby bonding, making new friends, core work, breath work, pelvic floor exercises, yoga, strengthening & restorative yoga.
Bring your own baby things (B.Y.O.B.T)! Bring baby blankets to place over our blankets.
