This workshop will make you more aware of your surroundings. You’ll learn what makes you a target and how to handle confrontation. Embrace your strength learning how to strike, when to strike and where to strike if you are in crisis. Hitting inanimate objects will also help you shake off some stress!! You’ll leave more confident in your strength and ability to handle yourself in these types of situations. Having learned such with the hopes that you will never have to use them.
