Yoga 101
Studio & Online Beginner – Adv. Beginner Geared toward the beginner, but also great for students with more experience looking to further develop basic postures. These classes provide extra instruction within slow-paced sequences, allowing you to build a strong foundation while reaping the benefits of any yoga practice.
Vinyasa
Studio & Online Adv. Beginner – Advanced Vinyasa translates as connected movement (one breath, one movement). An energetic, multilevel practice that creates a cleansing body heat, builds strength, and improves stamina and focus. Flow to discover and explore your breath movement while you strengthen your balance and find your center.
Hatha & Flow 1–2
Studio & Online Adv. Beginner – Intermediate A paced yoga flow, good for those familiar with yoga postures and a great introduction to traditional vinyasa. Sequences offer arm balancing, standing poses, forward bends, backbends, and twists, with detailed alignment cues to help you find yourself in a pose.
Morning Movement Express
Studio & Online All levels · 50 min Early risers, get your day off to a great start! We bend some, sweat some, twist some, and balance some. You will build strength, flexibility, and concentration to wake your body and get your energy flowing for the day.
Simple Stretch
Studio only All levels · Great for beginners It is simply said — it is a simple stretch! Stretching can improve range of motion, increase circulation, and create a calm mind. Yoga-inspired with a focus on the stretching aspects of yoga, this class is great if you are completely new to being physically active and want to learn basic alignment.
Core Connection
Studio & Online All levels · Mat Pilates Mat Pilates-inspired sequences designed to strengthen and tone your center. A great partner to any level of yoga or fitness, or for anyone looking to build core strength. These routines are geared to strengthen and tone your center — a strong core creates a strong body and a supported spine.
Sweet Spot
Studio & Online Not for the complete beginner Take it easy with this gentle, deep-stretching, grounding flow. Class begins with breath control (pranayama), then moves into mostly ground work and back strengthening. We hold poses to gain a deeper awareness of the stretch while maximizing that sweet, blissful feeling — like a deep massage for the body and mind.
Yoga Strength & Sculpt
Studio & Online All levels Yoga Strength & Sculpt is muscle building yoga meets classic exercise meets strength training all on your yoga mat & sometimes the floor. Every routine is in support of the muscle groups we use throughout our traditional yoga classes. This is all done in a slow pace to visualize the muscles you are sculpting.
Yoga with Straps
Studio & Online All levels Deepen your practice with the help of a yoga strap. This prop-supported class guides you into longer holds and greater range of motion, making space in the body that might otherwise feel out of reach. Perfect for students of any level looking to improve flexibility and alignment.
Expectant mothers · All levels Supports the expectant mother in her pregnancy journey, whether new to yoga or with an existing practice. Offers safe pose variations, builds stamina, and helps you feel more comfortable in your changing body — with tools that can be valuable in labor and delivery.
