How it works
Our online classes run simultaneously with in-studio classes. Your teacher leads both groups in real time — offering cues, modifications, and encouragement to every student, in person and on screen. It's not a substitute for the studio; it's a genuine extension of it.
This is especially popular with students who travel for work, have a busy week, or simply want the flexibility to practice without the commute. You don't have to choose between your schedule and your yoga — just log on and join us.
What you'll need
A mat & some space
A yoga mat and enough room to extend your arms and legs is all you need for most classes.
Zoom & a camera
Classes are held on Zoom. A laptop, tablet, or phone works great — position it so your teacher can see you and offer adjustments.
Your class link
After you register, you'll receive a Zoom link to join the live session. Just click it at class time and you're in.
Heads up: Your class link is sent via your MindBody account. Make sure messaging and email notifications are enabled so you receive it. Didn't get yours? Check your junk folder or get in touch and we'll resend it.
