Policies & frequently asked questions.
A quick guide to how the studio works — what to bring, how to reserve, and our cancellation policies. Have a question we have not covered? Just reach out.
Reserve through the online schedule or the MindBody app. Turn on email reminders and notifications so you hear about any class changes.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class to get checked in and settled. No latecomers, please — we cannot make exceptions.
Bring your own mat if you can; mat rental is $3 and our mats are cleaned after each use. We have all the props you need, and towels can be rented for $1.
No shoes on the studio floors — leave them in the cubbies at the entrance. Wear non-slip socks or bare feet, and comfortable clothing that lets your body stretch and move freely (leggings or sweats with a t-shirt are perfect).
If you are ill — even just the sniffles — please stay home. If you have any major health concerns or injuries, get your doctor’s clearance and let your teacher know.
Please silence phones, refrain from perfume or cologne, and avoid gum. There is no eating in the studio so everyone can have a peaceful experience.
Many classes let you join a waitlist if the class is full. Enable notifications in MindBody so you know right away if a spot opens. If you gain a spot but cannot attend, please remove yourself promptly — it gives another student the chance to join.
Your card is charged on the same date each month. Members must give at least 30 days’ written notice to cancel or suspend, and cancellation fees may apply.
We recommend giving us a call so we can help you find your best class. Yoga 101 is a great place to begin, with extra instruction within slow-paced sequences. Simple Stretch is another welcoming option for those unfamiliar with yoga.
Classes range from one hour to one hour and thirty minutes. Please refer to the class schedule for details on each class.

You do not need to be flexible to practice yoga. If you have not been physically active, start with a Yoga 101 class. Our teachers are happy to suggest what is appropriate for you — we encourage every student to work within their own capacity.
