With all this rain! Have you noticed how beautiful our neighborhood trees have been looking??? (mindful moments). The trees in front of the studio look so happy!!!
Today was a beautiful day to stroll the neighborhood!! We appreciate our neighbors that are able to put some love into the front of their homes & businesses. And especially those that help to keep our neighborhood clean (sanskrit: saucha)!!!!!!
We are sure many of you are counting the days until Summer Solstice as we welcome June!! With the change of the season comes changes to our schedule and our next Restorative Workshop offering to get you ready for Summer!!

Slow Down & Restore Workshop
Sunday, June 8th 2-4pm.
The perfect way to reset for Summer! Reset your nervous system!
Take a pause from the busyness of life and immerse yourself in a deeply restorative experience that nurtures both body and mind. This unique workshop blends guided breathwork, somatic movement, Yin Yoga (long held poses), and fully supported Restorative Yoga, all harmonized with the healing vibrations of live sound therapy.
You’ll be guided through practices that soften connective tissues, calm the nervous system, and awaken your subtle energy body—also known as prana, chi, or life force.
Leave feeling refreshed, restored, and more attuned to your own energy—and with tools to connect more deeply with yourself, others, and the world around you.

Rain – Owl’s Head Yoga
A 8 year yoga teacher specializing in Restorative, Yin, and Vinyasa styles, and a mental health professional.
Ness Sandy –
A sound healer, intuitive, and educator.
