This unique workshop blends guided breathwork, somatic movement, Yin Yoga (long held poses), and fully supported Restorative Yoga, all harmonized with the healing vibrations of live sound therapy.
You’ll be guided through practices that soften connective tissues, calm the nervous system, and awaken your subtle energy body—also known as prana, chi, or life force.
Leave feeling refreshed, restored, and more attuned to your own energy—and with tools to connect more deeply with yourself, others, and the world around you.

Yoga for Beginners
(3 week workshop series)
March, 8th, 15th & 22nd. 2-4pm
This 3-week Yoga for Beginners workshop is designed for those who are new to yoga or looking to build a strong, comfortable foundation. Each week introduces essential poses, breathing techniques, and simple movement sequences in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.
Participants will learn proper alignment, how to move safely, and ways to modify poses to suit their individual bodies.
Classes move at a steady, approachable pace, allowing time for questions, rest, and hands-on guidance. Along the way, you’ll also be introduced to basic mindfulness and relaxation practices to help reduce stress and improve overall well-being.
By the end of the series, students will feel more confident stepping into a regular yoga class, with a better understanding of foundational postures, breath awareness, and how to listen to their bodies. No prior yoga experience is required—just come as you are.
Must reserve. Reserve here.
