Now is the time to get out and take in fresh air! A brisk walk in cool weather is rejuvenating to the spirit!! Speaking of which we are holding our first ever post-thanksgiving walk for or students! Keep reading for the details.
We have much to announce in this Newsletter! We appreciate you reading it to its entirety.
Schedule Changes
All weekday classes are now 1hr long with the exceptions of PREnatal Yoga and Baby & Me Yoga. Weekend classes remain the same.
Tuesday’s 6pm All Levels Yoga changed to Yoga 101. Beginners to Yoga & those with more experience are welcome.
Friday’s Sweet Spot (stretch slow flow) changed from 9am to 9:30am. Friday’s 4pm All Levels Yoga changed 4:30pm and is now Gentle Yoga.
The virtual world is awesome when its too cold to leave the house! We are Live from the studio!
As the sun sets earlier & the days become chillier, we know it can be hard to transition. If it feels hard to leave the house, you can still practice!! Remember we have zoom!!!!! Sweet Spot Tuesday evenings is especially lovely to do from home! Please book your virtual sessions from our website, this is not an option on the mindbody app.

We will be closed Thanksgiving Thursday, November 27th & Friday, November 28th.

We reopen Saturday, November 29th for 9:30am Hatha & Flow. Limited schedule this day only.

Baby & Me (anyone in infant company)
Join us Tuesdays @11:15am.
All Levels Yoga Class. Includes but is not limited to baby bonding, making friends, core exercises, pelvic floor exercises, yoga, strengthening & restorative yoga. Baby & me is supportive to the postpartum mom but ideal for anyone looking to get moving and calm the mind while in infant company. No crawlers.

This Sunday, November 23rd 2-4pm
Slow Down & Restore: A Yoga and Sound Bath Journey
Take a pause from the busyness of life and immerse yourself in a deeply restorative experience that nurtures both body and mind. This unique workshop blends guided breathwork, somatic movement, Yin Yoga (long held poses), and fully supported Restorative Yoga, all harmonized with the healing vibrations of live sound therapy.
You’ll be guided through practices that soften connective tissues, calm the nervous system, and awaken your subtle energy body—also known as prana, chi, or life force.
Leave feeling refreshed, restored, and more attuned to your own energy—and with tools to connect more deeply with yourself, others, and the world around you. Must reserve.

Between the events, wrapping, planning, traveling, the endless giving, it’s easy to lose sight of the one person who deserves your care most: you.
This December, we invite you to step away from the noise and into a space designed entirely for restoration, reflection, and renewal. We’ll be in perfect practice with the pause for 2026 if we can learn tools to practice today.
For four uninterrupted hours, let us take care of you.
You’ll move, breathe, stretch, and reconnect with what you truly need—body, mind, and spirit.
Here’s what your afternoon will include:
Opening Circle – Connection, intention, and community
Movement + Stretch – Gentle, embodied awakening
Power of the Pause Discussion – Explore how to make room for yourself and what you want to give yourself this season
Lite snack – Bring your own tea cup.
Reflection + Writing – Guided journaling and heartfelt sharing.
Breathwork & Visualization – Release, imagine, and open to creative possibility
Restorative Yoga – Deep rest and replenishment to close your journey
Step away from the holiday rush and into a space where you can rest, reflect, and remember what it feels like to come home to yourself.
