We also hope you are ready to up your selfcare routine!! This is the time of the year when things dry: the leaves, our skin & even internally. Stay hydrated & moisturized!! And, its Time to start having Tea & Soup!!!
In light of self-care, we have some exciting workshops in store to self-care your body, mind & spirit!!
In the meantime, we have made some changes to our weekly schedule to support your Yoga Practice!

- 6:30pm – Core Connection (mat pilates)
- 8pm – Gentle Yoga

- 9:30am – Hatha & Flow
- 12pm – Simple Stretch (in-person only)

Join Lisa Cappiello, Cristina Rosenthal & Erica Ginger of Owl’s Head Yoga for a retreat into Yourself.
In this 4 hour workshop we will explore breathwork, meditate, journal, learn tools & tips to get us through the holidays and get us working on the “You” that you want to be in 2025!
